The Fitness Lab was created in 2011 as a creative outlet by Whitney Burdzilauskas. Her innovation and ideas needed a release and so she created The Fitness Lab. What started as a small personal training studio eventually became a thriving community of fitness enthusiasts and athletes that now call The Fitness Lab their home!
The Fitness Lab has a physical space in Indianapolis, Indiana. However, The Fitness Lab coaches triathletes all over the country and coach Whitney calls Kailua home. We lead group workouts, coach various levels of athletes and program/lead the coaching program at The Hawaii Triathlon Center. HTC is our Hawaii home base, and you can find many of the Kailua group workouts are associated with HTC.
In addition, Whitney is one of the Kailua Masters Swimming coaches. She also helps beginner and intermediate swimmers become more comfortable in the pool and ocean.
The most important values to The Fitness Lab coaches are community and respect. We treat all athletes with open arms and do our best to nurture and challenge each individual as they travel through their fitness journey. With Hawaii being an endless playground there is so much SWIM BIKE RUN STRENGTH fun!
